1.
Pool Inspection and Consultation
Every remodel begins with a one-on-one consultation with our owner, where you’ll explore colors, tile accents, and surface options. We then provide expert recommendations tailored to your budget, style, and structural needs.

2.
Constructing
Your Vision
We carefully chip out the old surface, apply your new finish of choice, and incorporate any selected features or upgrades. The entire process is executed with proven expertise for a beautiful, lasting result.
3.
Precision Start-Up Process
Unlike most companies, we continue working long after the remodel is finished, performing 4 - 6 weeks of diligent chemical start-up visits. Each step follows precise LSI and Orenda standards to protect your surface and deliver long-lasting water that remains clear, balanced, and flawless.

3 QUESTIONS TO ALWAYS ASK
YOUR POOL REMODELING COMPANY
Question #1:
What happens after the remodel is complete and the pool is refilled with water?
Many companies walk away as soon as the pool is filled, leaving you completely on your own. The right company should carefully manage the start-up process according to Orenda & LSI start-up guidelines, which usually takes about 4-5 weeks of return visits. During this time, water chemistry is tested and adjusted precisely so the new surface cures properly, warranties stay valid, and your pool is set up for long-term success. Be sure to ask for documentation (example of LSI documentation) of this process so you have a record for your warranty. Also, we recommend never letting a 3rd party handle the start-ups.
Most importantly, ENSURE they use the Official Orenda Start-Up Process.
Question #2:
If issues or changes arise, who will guide me through and be there for any questions?
Make sure your remodel company gives you a clear understanding of who will be guiding you through each phase of your remodel. At True Method, that person is our owner, Roger Neill. He personally oversees every project, stays in direct communication with you, and even provides his personal cell phone number so you can reach him at any time with questions, concerns, or updates. You’ll never be left guessing who to turn to...Roger will be by your side every step of the way.
Question #3:
Can they demonstrate long-lasting results with references from past remodel clients?
Any pool can look great for the first few weeks, the key is...how will it hold up month-after-month? Ask if the company is willing to provide references from past remodel clients, ideally from projects completed a few years ago. A reputable company should be glad to connect you with homeowners who can share how their remodeled pool has held up over time. Real-life feedback from past clients is one of the best ways to confirm the trustworthiness and long-term quality of the remodeling company that you choose.
